Can previously earned credit be transferred?

Students who have earned credit can apply it to their distance learning degree with minimal credit loss. Each school has its own policy regarding the number of transfer credits they will accept. Some are very restrictive, others quite liberal. A few will accept all credits conferred by any other accredited college or university, and will also evaluate experiential skills for degree credits.
